Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! (Excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Our goal is to bring affordable comfort to women everywhere.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arrives 10-15 business days after shipping (1-2 day processing)
- Free Shipping: For orders $50+ via EMS, arrives 15-25 business days after shipping

All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Do I need to pay customs fees?

When will I get my refund?
