Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Body tape & stickies and Brief styles unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps (as easy as slipping into our Cotton Edit collection!):

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and return request
  2. Wait for Approval – Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions
  3. Package Your Items – Securely repackage in original packaging
  4. Ship It Back – Send to our Fort Worth address using a trackable method

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Amount: You’ll receive the item price minus any original shipping fees

Exchange Process

Want to swap for a different size or style from our All Swim or Lounge collections?

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Include a note specifying your desired exchange item
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we process the return (additional shipping charges may apply)

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
