Free Shipping on Orders Over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
- Order processing: 1-2 business days

Our Easy Returns Process
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Items you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.
Step 3: Package Your Items
Securely repackage your items in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Step 4: Ship It Back

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Body tape & stickies
- Brief styles
Exceptions are made if these items arrive defective or incorrect.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Method: Funds are returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: You’ll receive the item price minus any original shipping fees
Exchange Process
Want to swap for a different size or style from our All Swim or Lounge collections?
- Follow the same return process above
- Include a note specifying your desired exchange item
- We’ll ship your new item once we process the return (additional shipping charges may apply)
International Returns
For our global customers:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
